By downloading, installing, or using the Meal Coach mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

**2. Description of Service**
Meal Coach provides AI-powered nutritional tracking, meal planning, and coaching services. The App allows users to log meals, track calories, and receive automated dietary suggestions.

**3. Medical Disclaimer (Crucial)**
* **Not Medical Advice:** The content and services provided by Meal Coach, including AI-generated suggestions, are for informational and educational purposes only. They are **NOT** intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
* **Consult a Professional:** Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary changes. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App.
* **Risk:** You use the App and its advice solely at your own risk.

**4. User Accounts**
* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
* You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
* You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

**5. AI Limitations**
* The App uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze food and provide suggestions. AI is not perfect and may make mistakes (e.g., incorrect calorie estimation, wrong food identification).
* You should verify the accuracy of any nutritional information provided by the App before relying on it for strict dietary needs.

**6. User Conduct**
You agree not to:
* Use the App for any illegal purpose.
* Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
* Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App's security or performance.

**7. Subscription and Payments**
* Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription ("Premium").
* Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.

**8. Termination**
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

**9. Limitation of Liability**
In no event shall Meal Coach, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

**10. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
